About the VIC Face & Body Cloth

The VIC Face and Body Cloth has a colorful and unique history.

After World War II, an English manufacturer of stretch bandages discovered the amazing properties of itís bandages that had helped so many soldiers during the conflict.† In 1949, an American living in England, Sheila Dorr, discovered the wonderful exfoliating properties of this material, and developed a product based on it as a personal beauty aid.†

When she returned to America, she persuaded the English manufacturer to allow her to distribute the VIC Cloth on a limited basis.† Her small company launched in 1957, and thereís been no looking back since.

Today, the company is managed by Monica Burdeshaw from her headquarters in Maryland.† Ms. Burdeshaw says what makes this cloth unique is that different strands of cotton are twisted in the manufacturing process, and that they shrink at different rates during wetting and drying, making them excellent defoliators.

The VIC Face and Body Cloth is always white, but six beautiful trim color selections are available: lavender, pink, blue, yellow, green and melon.

Today, the VIC Face and Body Cloth is available the world over.† You owe it to yourself to discover this simple yet amazing beauty aid, and experience it for yourself!
